Experience: 2–4 years of verifiable customer service or dispatch experience
Pay: $23/hour + commission opportunities
What You'll Do
- Act as both a dispatcher and customer sales representative (not just a call taker).
- Schedule and coordinate multiple field technicians while managing daily dispatch boards.
- Deliver a warm, friendly, professional phone presence that builds trust with customers.
- Grow into a lead or management role over time.
- Earn commission on supported and coordinated sales (commission structure to be determined).
